Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were basic with no fancy furnishings and offered no view, but that didn't bother me as I wasn't there to spend time in the room. Unfortunately, we had an issue with flooding when a pipe burst under the sink. On the bright side, the all-inclusive package meant we enjoyed all meals except premium wines and spa treatments.
My stay at the hotel was filled with mixed experiences. The rooms were efficient and provided luxurious amenities like bath robes, toiletries, and chocolates. However, the room size was small, with a narrow toilet and views of a nearby construction site. The service was impeccable, with the staff being professional and warm, offering excellent and swift service. The location was convenient for exploring Machu Picchu, although it did come at a slightly higher cost. The dining experience was part of the hotel price and offered a buffet with a variety of options, making it a great meal choice. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs but left me with lasting memories.
I was thrilled with the lovely rooms featuring a terrace that opens up to a beautiful garden area with stunning views of the Andes mountains. The service was top-notch, from the excellent tour guide to the genuine help from the staff, making my stay truly memorable. The location couldn't be better for exploring Machu Picchu, although the bus ride from Aguas Calientes was a bit challenging. Dining was enjoyable, though a negative experience of food poisoning happened. Despite that, the facilities were fantastic, adding to the overall pleasant stay.
